In order to get freshers MBA job one need to pursue a business degree in areas of finance, accounting, economics, marketing, international business, information technology management, supply chain management, retail management, strategy and organizational behavior. Apart from educational qualification what is required is strong inter personal communication skill and an analytic bent of mind. MBA fresh recruits need to analyze, judge and apply logic to develop and maintain customer growth and relationship. An eligible candidate is one who has no prior work experience or has a minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year. Computer literacy is important.
